This privacy policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected when you visit anaushakova.com or thelaunchpadclub.com and their subdomains (together: "the Websites"), use my services, or otherwise interact with me. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
The services and content on these Websites are intended for users 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any personal information.

3. Data Collected Automatically When You Visit the Websites
3.1 Hosting
anaushakova.com is hosted by GreenGeeks on its EU infrastructure, with servers located in the Netherlands. GreenGeeks is a US-based company; where data may be processed outside the EU/EEA (for example by a parent entity or sub-processor), transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 GDPR.

thelaunchpadclub.com is hosted by Namecheap, Inc. (4600 East Washington Street, Suite 305, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA). Because Namecheap is based in the United States, data transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 GDPR.

4.2 Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)
If you consent through the cookie banner, the Websites use the Meta Pixel, a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland).
The Meta Pixel allows me to:
Measure the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram
Understand actions visitors take on the Websites after seeing an ad
Show relevant ads to website visitors on Facebook and Instagram (retargeting)
The Meta Pixel collects information including IP address, browser data, pages visited, and actions taken. This data is shared with Meta and may be linked to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.

5. Newsletter (MailerLite)
If you sign up for my newsletter or another email list through a form on the Websites, your email address (and any additional information you provide on the form, such as your name) is processed for the purpose of sending the emails you signed up for.
The newsletter service is provided by MailerLite Limited (Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, Ireland).
What's collected:
Email address
Any other fields on the specific form (e.g. first name)
Date and time of signup
IP address at the time of signup
Confirmation status (where double opt-in is used)
Engagement data (whether you open emails, click links)
Signup process: Some forms use a double opt-in process, where you receive a confirmation email and must click a link to activate your subscription. Other forms use a single opt-in process, where your subscription is active immediately upon submitting the form. The process is indicated on the form itself or in the confirmation message.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Storage period: Until you unsubscribe. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also email hello@anaushakova.com at any time to be removed.
Transfer to third countries: MailerLite is an EU-based company, but may use sub-processors located outside the EU. Where this is the case, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Booking Calls (Calendly)
If you book a call with me through a Calendly link or embedded scheduler, your data is processed by Calendly LLC (271 17th Street NW, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA).
What's collected:
Name
Email address
Time zone and selected meeting time
Any additional information you provide in the booking form
Calendar event metadata
This information is used to schedule and confirm the meeting and to send reminders.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request).
Transfer to third countries: Calendly is based in the United States. Transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and Calendly's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Storage period: As long as needed to provide the service and meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

7. YouTube Embeds
The Websites embed videos from YouTube, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Videos are loaded in privacy-enhanced mode ("youtube-nocookie.com") where supported, which means YouTube does not store cookies on your device until you actively start playing a video.
When you start playing an embedded video, YouTube may set cookies and collect data about your interaction. If you are signed into a Google account, this data may be linked to your account.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent — by clicking play, you consent to the data processing).
Transfer to third countries: Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Contact and Inquiries
If you contact me by email or any other channel, the personal data you provide (name, email address, content of your message) is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (where the inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual matter) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
Storage period: Inquiry-related data is deleted once it is no longer needed and there are no legal retention obligations (e.g. tax law, which can require retention for up to 10 years for business correspondence).
9. Service Purchases
If you purchase a service or product through the Websites, the data required to fulfill the contract (name, billing details, contact information, payment details) is processed for that purpose.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Payment is handled by third-party payment processors. Their respective privacy policies apply to the payment data they process.
Storage period: Tax and commercial law require retention of invoice and transaction data for up to 10 years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). Other data is deleted once the contract is fulfilled and no further legitimate purpose justifies retention.
10. Data Security
I use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. The Websites use SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) for all data transmission.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but I work to maintain commercially reasonable safeguards.

I may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in the services I use, legal requirements, or my business. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date below.
